Pre-occupancy cleans are an area in which we excel. Whether you are selling or letting a building, we can provide a service to leave the property spotless, possibly adding to the value of the premises in the process.

If you have had building work carried out at your property and they have left dust, paint or any mess internally, then we can remove any trace of this.

We would normally expect the building to be empty of furniture for this service, however we are able to provide a cleaning service between tenants, if required.
